How do I get access?
Request early access by email. Every account is reviewed and approved manually. SideThread is for adults aged 18 or older who can legally agree to the terms where they live.
What devices can I use?
SideThread includes a website and experimental interfaces for phones, watches and glasses. Availability depends on compatible hardware and supported software versions. Tell us which devices you use when requesting access so we can help you get started.
Will the free features stay free?
Some features may become paid later. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and in the app before that happens. Your free account will never be charged without your explicit agreement. Viewing and exporting previously recorded time will remain free while your account is open.
Are there connections to other services?
Not yet. External integrations are planned, but they are not currently available.
How will cancellation and refunds work?
When paid plans become available, you can cancel renewal and keep paid access through your purchased term. Request a full refund of the most recent subscription charge within 14 days, including renewals. Every request is reviewed manually; approved refunds are reviewed and issued within 14 calendar days of receipt. Mandatory rights still apply.
